The company was founded by the Tavivian brothers and Itamar Ari, possessing 45 years of combined real estate and technological expertise translated to over $1B of property sales. The three realized that the nature of real estate transactions is transforming entirely, they set off to build a team of entrepreneurs with experience across the real estate, finance, data and technology sectors which enables them to be at the forefront of the technological innovation and invasion to the real estate industry.

Ariel leads the business development and operations of Compit, focusing on forging key partnerships, fostering investor relationships, and managing the execution of the company strategy.
Ariel has perfected the art of streamlining transactions and orchestrating a meeting of the minds between people and properties, and more importantly, people and people, having represented a buyer or a seller in more than 500 individual transactions and with over $1B transaction volume under its belt.
A native of Israel, Ariel served at the Intelligence division in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is an active member of his community, serving as President of Magen David of Manhattan, and raising funds and running events for multiple philanthropic organizations. Ariel was also the #1 Israel Champion in Karate; plus he enjoys swimming, yoga, politics, travel, and food exploration.
Yair leads the marketing strategy, product management and strategic insights. As head of one of the most successful real estate teams in New York City, Yair ran the buy side and marketing of a team that transacted $1 billion in real estate. His extensive knowledge and expertise lie in vertical markets, condos, co-ops, resale representation, multi-families, new development and added-value deals, making him the go-to authority in these sectors.Yair is originally from Israel and previously served in the Israel Defense Force concentrating in an elite Air Force Intelligence Unit.
Itamar has over 15 years of experience in technology and management, specializing in leading complex cross-functional multi-stage technological projects while implementing R&D processes. Prior to co-founding Compit, Itamar worked at eToro for eight years, growing the company from its early stages, as one of its first 10 employees, to an international enterprise of over 250 employees worldwide. There he served in various roles, including as CIO and system architect, managing over 40 employees and overseeing all technical projects and budgeting. Itamar has also served as a scaling and system architect consultant for multiple startups including leading the complete architecture restructuring of an app now used internationally to stream live TV shows on any smart device. Itamar began his career in an elite IDF technology unit.
Eli has over 11 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture and teams management.
Serving 7 years in the IDF as a commanding officer in an elite technology unit (C5I, Mamram), Eli has built and managed large, complex and diverse military projects including data processing pipelines, C&C systems, IoT data streaming, and modern web & mobile architectures. Native Hebrew, Russian and English speaker.
Amir has 25 years of executive management and entrepreneurial experience in leading technology companies, including more than 15 years experience in NASDAQ and NYSE companies.
Amir is currently the Chairman and Board Member of several companies. Previously, Amir was the CEO of Deutsche Telekom HBS Inc., a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, based in Silicon Valley, California.
A seasoned, industry recognized, multi-disciplinary tech-entrepreneur leader with vast experience in Product and Market definition as well as business strategy at multiple stages of a company’s lifecycle. Leader of Product, Biz Dev, entrepreneurship and R&D groups. More than 25 years in the tech industry in Israel and the US, in startups, mid-sized companies and big corporates. Awards winner and multiple recognitions as top-performer throughout his career.
Serving now as the Director of Eco-Systems Management at Magic Leap, helping the company get closer to the eco-systems’ players to find mutual ways to work together and shape the future. Former position was Senior Director of Global Microsoft ScaleUp (formerly Accelerators).
Neil B. Garfinkel is the managing partner of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP (“AGMB”), a law firm with offices in New York and California, and he is the partner in charge of AGMB’s Real Estate and Banking Practices. Neil’s legal experience is diverse and his practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and banking law. He is particularly known for representing the real estate brokerage industry and proudly serves as Broker Counsel to the Real Estate Board of New York, New York City’s leading real estate trade association.
In May 2018, Neil was appointed by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to serve on the New York State Real Estate Board, which has general authority to promulgate rules and regulations affecting real estate brokers and salespersons in order to administer and effectuate the purposes of New York State Real Property Law as it pertains to real estate licensees. Mr. Garfinkel and AGMB also serve as counsel to the Empire State Mortgage Bankers Association and the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers.
